Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she performed at The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia conferred her with a BA (with the highest distinction) in Theatre and Communications. She began her career with the city of Los Angeles as a theater performer and choreographer, choreographing over 20 plays and musicals. These included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. She also performed seven title roles at LA's Storybook Theatre. Kelly was also able to land TV and film roles as she continued her improv classes in The Groundlings. Kelly's distinctive voice and petite stature have allowed her to play a variety of roles. She's best known as Naomi Watts's scheming Samara in The Ring 2, but her best-known character is as the charming receptionist from Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a series regular on TV the sitcom of Land The Exes from 2011 to 2015. She played Kelly as the paralegal day, and a party hopper at night. In addition, she was Alyssa's smart sexpert sister on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the The CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the mother of a stressed suburban family. She has lent her singing voice to several animated cartoons, including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recently, she has appeared as the dim yet lovable Cloud 9 employees on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. She is married with two children and lives in a quiet house. She loves to write or sew as well as volunteer at school.
