Andressa Urach

Just 15 years old, Andressa Urach began a romance in a relationship with Tiago Costa. Following three months being together the couple moved in together in the same house. Arthur Urach Costa, born May 19, 2005, was the sole child from this couple. In the course of six years the couple split due to marital issues. Andressa moved in the home of her child at her mother's place. She lost her job after six months, and she made the decision to relocate their son Sao Paulo to seek a new start in life. Because she was vain and very driven, her first goal in shifting to Sao Paulo was to be wealthy and famous. Andressa Urach describes in her book Morri, Para Viver the experiences she had with the sexual assault she endured as a young child. The author was the victim from the age two to eight of being abused by her adoptive grandfather. Andressa was only able to rid herself of the trauma because her foster mother caught Andressa in the act. Andressa moved back to reside with his mom but she was unaware about the incident until Andressa made public her memoir. The woman's interviews revealed that it had been unattainable for her prior to the moment of her transformation. Forgiveness of her abuser was something she thought impossible to achieve. One of the hardest decision I've made in my life was to contact the person who sexually assaulted me. It was not an easy thing to take on. It was not easy. After numerous prayers and fasting, I informed me on the phone that I had forgiven him. I was not feeling guilty and asked his forgiveness. It was just a simple demand. I didn't defend my action. Mariste Urach describes her reaction in a interview with Globo. She explains how she responded when she heard about the sexism that was exhibited towards her child. She travelled to Rio Grande do Sul's inner reaches to track down the perpetrator and take out her anger.
